Lobby Rental Description Welcome to our Lobby Rental Space! Here’s what you need to know for a smooth and enjoyable rental experience: Access: A door code will be provided for building entry. Rental Duration: The 4-hour rental includes setup and tear-down time. Seating: We provide 12-14 chairs, available in the lobby and classroom. Please ensure all chairs are returned to their original locations at the end of your rental period. Furniture: The only movable furniture in the lobby are the two armchairs and the coffee table, which can be placed inside the classroom if you need more floor space. No other furniture is to be moved. Please note that tables are not provided with the rental of this space. Amenities: You are welcome to use the essential oil diffuser, water, and coffee station during your rental. Access to Wi-Fi is available for your convenience. Cleanup: Before leaving, please clean the area used. A broom and vacuum can be found in the closet at the front of the building. Remove all trash and ensure all chairs and furniture are returned to their designated places. Please lock the door using the code given and close the gate behind you.
